Day of the Party – What to Expect
Here’s everything you need to know to make your day smooth, safe, and full of monkey mayhem.
What You Need to Provide
- A safe, flat outdoor space (backyard or park) large enough for the fire truck and kids to play. THERE WILL BE LOTS OF WATER
- Access to a available fire hydrant
- Clear path for the fire truck to park safely
- Adult supervision (we handle the activities, but parents help with their own kids)
We bring everything else — fire truck, hoses, games, bracelets, equipment, and staff.
Below is an example of what an Ultimate Monkey Mahem timeline looks like:

Note: We stay flexible and adjust the schedule based on the kids’ energy and weather.
Tips for the Best Party
- Dress kids in play clothes and water shoes or old sneakers — they will get wet!
- WHITE CLOTHES ARE GREAT WITH HOLI POWDER PARTIES!
- Have towels and a change of clothes ready.
- sunscreen is recommended for Tulsa summers.
- We keep the water sprays short and controlled so the yard doesn’t become a mud pit.
- Parents are encouraged to jump in and play too!
After the Party
- We handle cleanup of all our equipment.
- The truck will be gone within 10–15 minutes after the party ends.
- You get to keep the Party Pumpers bracelets and any leftover soft serve (if applicable).
We can’t wait to bring the fun to your party! If you have any last-minute questions the day before, just text or call us.
